The solution uses collaborative filtering techniques and analysis of qualification history to improve the personalization and effectiveness of the training offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">- Goal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Increase take-up of complete courses and reduce drop-outs by suggesting training courses in line with the interests, previous experiences and needs of each trainee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">- Technologies and Tools<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Python (Collaborative Filtering)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pandas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SQL<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">- Results Obtained<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>87%<\/strong> acceptance rate of the recommendations generated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>+22%<\/strong> joining complete courses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u221217%<\/strong> dropping out of training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">- Strategic Impact<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This system has been integrated into the association's strategy as a tool to support continuous qualification, increasing the degree of personalization of training paths.
