The index analyzes multiple dimensions, such as online presence, e-commerce, social networks, CRM, ERP, automation and digital skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">- Goal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Measure the degree of digitalization by sector and municipality, in order to guide public and private digital transition strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">- Technologies and Tools<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Python (web scraping, social networks API )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Survey Analysis (online surveys)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power BI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">- Innovation and Impact<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Creation of a \"digital thermometer\" for the Aveiro region<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting the definition of public policies based on data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identification of priority sectors and territories for support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Justification for training, consultancy and investment actions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthening the association's role as a benchmark in regional digital innovation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">- Expected Impact<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In a pilot project with 150 companies, the index made it possible to segment businesses into 4 different digital profiles.
